    Default Milt. Arnold Linsman 'Hot & Spicy'

    We had our orchid society meeting today and I took two orchids to show. The Militonia placed first in its class and came in second for best orchid shown which was a beautiful orange vanda. The Militonia has four spikes--three of which are in full bloom. The fourth spike has yet to open so I will have it on the breakfast room windowsill for quite awhile. My phal Cygnus 'Empire x sib' came in third ( I thought it should have ranked higher but then the ladies seem to be push-overs for anything that is lavender and that is what won. LOL It was also quite lovely.

    Congrats...i'm afraid the red Miltonia would have gotten my vote! I so hope the pretty one I just bough will someday be as huge and beautiful as yours!
