It certainly could be Epi. radicans, but I don't know for sure. One of the disadvantages of buying at Smith & Hawken is that the plants aren't always clearly labeled. It does have roots intermittently along the stem as you asked.
My digital camera is currently out of town with the SO, but i'll try to post a foliage picture next weekend.
This was in bloom when I purchased it at the end of February and it is still going strong - no signs of stopping yet!
