    Well a Vasco is also a Vandaceous kind ofcourse. It's only a crossing between different types. My Vasco has as one parent a rhynchostillis and the other a Asco. It's a vasco Veeraphol with pretty yellow flowers with a red lip.

    Hello Yew Sung. This was one of my ascocendas. This photo was taken when the plant had been with me for two years. The leaves sure did not look like it had too much sunlight. It received around three to four hours of direct morning sunlight daily.

    Then too much sun is not your problem.

    Ok. What I noticed is that the roots would slowly dry up and the leaves, of course, follow. It also happens, though seldom, to some of the other vandaceous here, but most of them are able to recover. Unfortunately, my ascocendas did not recover.
