Default How do you water in your green house ?

If you are using RO. or rain water , right now I am using a Black and Decker battery sprayer it holds 3 gal . a battery eater deluxe , they are not making them any more . I also have a submersible pump that is used to move rain water into trash cans with lids . it dumps a lot of water at a time . When the battery sprayer bites the dust does anyone know of another battery or electric sprayer that would work ? Thanks for any info . Gin

I would imagine that the hose and spray wand of any inexpensive, piston-type cannister sprayer for insecticide would work if you clamped it to the output of a low volume submersible pump and removed the spray tip. Not sure how much length you need from your reservoir to the spray end though, but you could still rig something up cheaply, I'll bet. I've never seen the kind of battery sprayer you're talking about....

It works really well for fertilizing , I have 2 of them one is not working right, the other one is probably next . I got it from Amazon but B&D quit making them .Heard they had law suits because people were not smart enough to release the pressure before opening the top of it which would whack them in the face . I was wondering if a person could reduce the force of a cheap pressure washer .. lolol . Think I will look into getting another weaker sub. pump your idea is a good one thanks Gin
