Default Oncidium Leaf looking like trouble

I have a new oncidium that I just purchased. One of the leaves didn't look too hot when it came in and it's just progressed from bad to worse. Any recommendations are appreciated. Pictures attached below. I have the plant in a better-gro orchid bark mixture.

It looks like it is sunburn to me. I would remove the leaf.

I think that all three above members are correct. If it were my plant, I would NOT put it by my other orchids...And I would spray it with an insect spray. Just my opinion...Betty :-(

Yeah, it's already been sprayed. Any advice on a good pesticide?

I added name/location and enabled private messaging. I didn't even realize we had all those options. Thanks.

Not sunburn IMO. It looks like fungal/bacterial infection and I would just cut that leaf off.
The white spots on the leaves are not caused by insects. Those are water stain due to high in calcium in your( orprevious owner's) water or from fertilizer.
