    Default apple muffin with spicy topping

    sift flour b powder sugar and spices together in a bowl then make well in centre.
    .Beat eggs milk and vanilla together and add apple.
    fold into dry ingredients with butter.
    Put in muffin cases and bake 15-20 mins.
    WHEN FINISHED
    remove from oven and stand for 2-3 mins.
    Remove from cases (unless in patty pans) and brush tops with lemon juice/butter. Sprinkle tops with the spice/sugar mixture and enjoy!

    These sound yummy! I think I will try them with some cardamom in the spice mix.

    oh no dont worry its just my most secret ingredient (dont tell anyone-its fresh crushed cinnamon quills and fresh grated nutmeg)
