I believ this is the Bulbo which smells of rotting meat - which rather deters me from trying it .

I LOVE the flowers...and the name! I have Bulpopyllum vaginatum 'Crown point'. I think the flowers with look similar but it has not bloomed yet. So I have not smelt it yet either.

I have a succulent that has stinky blooms...and when a friend came over my whole greenhouse was rank. He does not know to much about flowers.... when I told him the smell was from the flowers, he did not believe me at first!...yeah, I just keep dead animals in the greenhouse, and blame it on the flowers!???!...ha!

Hmmmm, dun tell me you are the psychopath who kills animals and hide them in greenhouses, then uses a host of bulbophyllums and other stinking plants as cover ups?

    HA! The only

The only dead animals that wind up in my greenhouse, are the mice that thankfully wind up on the mouse traps! And they are pitched in the trash ASAP!

    I hate devil mice

That Bulbophyllum medusae is stunning. I have one that should bloom soon. It is old enough and has put out new growth. I just keep waiting.

    Cheers,
    BD
