Please help identify this orchid!

I just started growing orchids a few months ago and really got bit by the bug. I now own 12 plant of various sizes and colors. This particular plant was one of my first. I hate to say this, but I bought it at a big box hardware/home improvement store. It had no name with it, please help me find its name. I thought it might be a Phal, but the leaves are different compared to the Phals that I own. I searched through my orchid book and found nothing that even looked close to it. It seems to like the same conditions as my Phals. Thanks for all the help ;-)

It's a phal - name probably never to be known. The box stores buy from mass growers who get seedling from all over the place and don't necessarily care about the name. Most people get them as gifts or to look pretty till the blooms finish and then throw them out

Thanks but I think I saw mites on it. I'm having very bad luck with my orchids this week. I'm glad I have this place to ask questions.

Heres mine that i picked up from a similar store a bit north of SD, Ca. Funny looking back at these pictures too! It has since grown much healthier, and is not happily living in the greenhouse. I prowled around for an ID for quite some time and gave up. closest i found was one specific type of phal. tetraspis

Love the yellow color in this phal, but don't have a guess as to whom this hybrid's parents might be. I have a similar yellow with a fresh lemony sent. Does this one have any fragrance?
