Default Paph aningha x farrieanum alba

this is a paph aningha x farrieanum alba and I know this plants been all over the web Im so proud of it..so one more time as this plants going on and on..

    taken on 8/21/10

    the 1st flower 10/15/10

the plant has 2 spikes had 2 open flowers and 1 bud..The 2nd flower just opened a few weeks ago. The 2nd spike emerged shortly after that

    2nd flower opening

The 2nd flower came out deformed with a "hare lipped" pouch, but still has one good side I show you

and here is where it was at yesterday..he moves around the house

I cut off the old man today and it was hard to do.The bloom was soaked and gave himself back to the plant..the spike is looking good for now and means ?

I have more months out of this one in bloom. With 2 new growths..maybe a few more of these 3" dorsals

Hope you can enjoy looking at this plant as much as I have had seeing it grow and become a wonderful spot of light

the fairrieanum influence really is lovely on these maudaie-type paphs with the petal shape... and wow, for the big dorsal!
