I've always wondered about the evolutionary path of the Paphs... esp the bit about the joining of the synsepal... could this be an indication that philippinense, which seems to do it a lot, is still in that state of evolutionary flux... and could this mean that philippinense is where the synsepal first joined in the Paphs... I know I know.. huge generalisation... or even that philippinense wants to go backwards...
err, anyways i should stop trying to think too much, it hurts the brain... hmm, where are those floofs...
