Red Robin Vanda

Hi! Bought these two orchids as my birthday gift to myself. The tag on the vanda says M Kara Red Robin.


My new Yellow Green Dendrobium! I don't know what type (I hope someone can ID it!).


I apologize for the pictures though. I really don't know how to take great pictures.

Happy Birthday, very nice orchids you have there for the dendrobium basically one of the parent is maybe D. phalaenopsis as this is complex hybrids so difficult if the vendor didn't provide you the tag.

Nice gifts for yourself! I think the name of the vandaceous orchid should read Mokara Red Robin; Mokara being the generic name i.e a cross of 3 genera namely Ascocentrum x Vanda x Arachnis, although with the taxonomic changes it is now not a Mokara but an Aranda.

Thank you for the information! The "o" from the Mokara must have been erased so I read it as m kara (lol).
