Ascda. Anant Gold x V. Rasri Gold - one of my favorites, which only bloom once a year


Neostylis Lou Sneary - After following Bruce's growing tip, it bloomed.

They are all beautiful and doing well Naoki. That Ascda. Anant Gold X V. Rasri Gold is a real stunner ! Such a clean high gloss yellow and the perfectly contrasting center. I of course remember the Neostylis when it was a non-bloomer. It may not of bloomed over night, but from my limited experience that was fast for a orchid. AL

Wasn't it? As the Neostylis has not showed any signs of blooming, Bruce said to give it brighter light. I then raised my plant closer to the light. Nothing happened overnight, but a week or so later, it was spiking.

Well all are very pretty your vandas so healthy I like the lip of Neostylis so nice.

Great growing, my friend. The darn Neostylis of mine hasn't bloomed in a year..it is now quite a pad of offsets but no spikes.
The clear yellow of Ascda with the touch of tangerine is stunning!! We can swap keikis

@Cathy, this is the very first time I will see the flowers on this particular Paki. The one moved to FL bloomed ofter, but not this one. Although I have grown then under the same condition, this one looks wimpy. But I am glad it managed to show the spike and it grew this time. I think it sensed a "threat".
