I got an answer from Mauro Rosim : this plant should be named "pseudo-concolor" (or possibly "falso-concolor").
Strictly, to be called "Mosca", the plant must be a clone/division from the original plant (since "Mosca" is a clonal name) and the color spot must be constant from one bloom to another.
