Perhaps not the most uncommon thing you'll ever see, but I never get bored of the coloration of these. I bought one pot, and thought it was a massive plant...but upon repotting, I actually discovered there were two separate plants. I think I'll give one to my grandma, since she loves plants and has never tried an orchid before. (Good luck with a damned Phal., I say). Anyhow:

Mabuhay!
I am loving it!!!
Kelly, it is a real beauty. And, I have had the same experience finding two orchids in one pot. Usually, the one with the spike is about dead and the other is not in the best shape. LOL. Hope both make it!
cheers,
BD
What a nice sharp picture, too!
They both had perfect spikes and were the exact same size (huge) with perfect leaves and great roots (considering the box store phal massacres that happen all too often). I got lucky! Now the real luck lies with me actually keeping them alive...phals do turn their noses up at me.

Beautiful.
great picture. The picture really captured the color of the flowers.
I wish that I was your Grandma hehehe
Best of luck! You'll have to let us know how she does with it! Lucky Grandma
