Connie (Cjcorner), Pat (Zozzl) and me are going orchid hunting in Connie's 'neck of the woods', St. Pete/Largo. Connie has a full day planned with many stops at orchid nurseries. Pat and I both grow gesneriads so she even found a place to go for us to see if there is something we can't live without
We all will post pictures. I'm charging my battery as I type.
There are so many people here that I wish were able to go with us. So many in fact, we would need to hire a bus.
I'm looking for Cymbidums, Vanda types ..mainly. But heck, you never know what you will come home with you when are on safari

Enjoy!! I am planning on going to our local(ish) nursery today. So, I will also be on a safari and will post pics of what I can't live without.
looking forward to see those photos Cathy. =)
You will soon need an U-Haul truck for your trip. Hehehe. I wish I were in FL to go with you. Have a great great time, Cathy, Connie and Pat.

Sounds like a good time! Have fun!
I know the *real* reason she wants a bus - it is for all the orchids these ladies are planning to bring home! Gosh, I wish I was going with you guys. Sounds like a great day to me!
cheers,
BD
you guys are going to have way too much fun, looking forward to the photos

We had a great time. Pat came bearing gifts she brought me several plants. Connie took us all over. We couldn't get into one of the places...but that did matter. Pat's husband is good as gold and just sat out in the sun shine. We went over to Connie's and met her husband and saw her lovely home and new greenhouse.
