A 4 inch pan of this tiny vandaceous species - but about 50 flowers , some 12-15mm dia. Lovely perfume too.
I have a second plant where the foliage is rather poor, and consequently it has far fewer flowers on only two spikes, but it has also produced two keikis - I'm still not quite convinced that is the right word for axillary growths on vandaceous plants - but it is a first step towards a much bigger mass of plant capable of far more spikes , and it will be repotted after Christmas and given some extra tlc ..

Keiki means child or baby in Hawaiian. Applies to an asexually produced plant and its an exact copy of the mother so I guess it does apply to your (and other) vandaceous.
