Default Growing Area - Suggestions Welcome!

Okay, I took a whole bunch of pics of my growing area so you guys can see the "set up" (if you can call it that!) Right now, as you will see, the light is in the center window, the fan in the right. Its a 150 watt light. I am seriously thinking about getting a second light so I can put one on each side, focused on the table, and move the fan to the center window. What do you guys think?

I took a.m., p.m., indoor, outdoor, and a shot of the shadow that the light projects in the evening (no sun in the window) so you can see the brightness. Morning pics were around 9:30 this morning, so more sun moves in later. Oh, and the famous phrag eating cat hopped into a couple too.

Let me know what you think.
