Oh My Gawd!!! That's the same plant I have that no one could ever identify!! Everyone said it was some kind of succulent. But I'd know those twisted leaves and pink flowers anywhere!!!! OH I AM SOOOOO Glad you posted that picture and name!!! Mine is 8 years old and about 2.5 feet long. It blooms about every other year, depending on how badly I neglect it. It was in a littl 2" pot when I got it.
WHOOOO HOOOOO another NOID identified!!!!
I've seen these before out of bloom in the local greenhouses. Think I'll maybe give it a try next time I come across it. I like to flowers on the traditional species carnosa better, but the foliage habit is very interesting... another one for my roots and leaves club list!
Thanks for posting Gin.

It is a neat plant ,grows slower than the other carnosas , It just hangs is not really a vine type I propped it up to get a picture of it , there is one I had the name of (and lost it ) the flowers look like red space ships altogether diffrent than the carnosa , larger flowers , very strange looking , Glad I was of help to name your plant Diane . Gin
That's great how the flowers clump instead of being spread along the stem. Almost look like decorations that you hung!
I've heard carnosas are easy to propagate and also fragrant... I wanted to buy one... For around 1.5$!... I think they'll like my hot and dry terrace!...
That is gorgeous! thank you for the photos she sure brightens up a grey day.
Oooh, so great. It looks all pink and fuzzy!!! Fantastic!
Nice colour on it. I've only seen one hoya in real life but it was dull in colour. But they are fragrant!
