I'm really on a hunt for this, according to my reliable vendor they have a gigantea but not red, the usual spotted one. i already put an order to his stall, finger crossed that he must have that red one too and the one that his reffering to is a real gigantea.

Yeah, me too, Canh! Love the smell when it's all over everywhere,
it provides me such a warm fragrant wonderful winter time.

Love your orchids' pictures too, I'll definitely go look around later on your nice collection after a stunning first impression on your Christensonia vietnamica, it was SO beautiful, and truly magnificent ^_^.
I've been to Hanoi to my good Vietnamese friend's wedding but never seen orchids like yours, I've also visit the orchid garden on Sapa mountain town during the sightseeing walk, but when I was there, there was not that much bloom (most of them are Cymbidiums, I'm not really sure..., I'm now trying to find those Sapa pics in my folders but don't see any orchids, maybe there was no bloom so I didn't take any orchid pictures.

So, Jeff, keep on trying, you should be able to get it one day!
Some people here also saying the pale pink spots ones are real gigantea too, their "real" meaning is those from the native wild. But I prefer the artificial hybrids which have bigger, more-balanced flower shape & more fluffy dense foxtails, I see those as the development. But really, someone here just likes the "original" ones, so it really depends on different people though. From the information I've heard & partly read, the "red", "white", and "spots (light pink color)" are real species from the wild. But there're also many man-made "red", "white" and "spots" and they're all popular here, as same as the new color varieties that happened later.
