    Default Dendrobium griffithianum

    I got this one last year , this is the first blooms on it . Here is what I read about it .
    From Burma ,similar in growth and flower habit to farmerii. Best grown in a small pot or a basket , rest during the cooler months , Free draining medium and good air movement . Gin

    Nice, Gin! I got one of these too. It's blooming size and I keep checking, but nothings happening yet.

    Very nice. I missed this thread somehow earlier. How are the blooms lasting? They look really nice and thick. I hope they last a long time. It is beautiful!!!

    It is beautiful ! The blooms on mine only lasted a couple of weeks , so it now resides somewhere else.....

    I went to the green house just before dark last night and the blooms were almost closed up . I thought but this am. they are back open , could be the heat. When did yours bloom Gilda ? I thought they were spring bloomers . I will feel lucky if these last 2 weeks .

    Gin, that's a spectacular show..... Substance looks definitely heavy, at least in the picture!

    The flowers are heavy textured . They are all the way back open . My beautiful Paph. is still blooming the 2nd bud getting bigger all the time , and another bud showing Gin
