Been very busy recently with No.1 son back home from Hong Kong for the Easter holidays, making the rounds and gorging ourselves silly at his favourite food stalls, as well as helping the wife cook some of his favourite dishes - so had little time for the orchids. There were a lot of blooms, but with the almost daily evening rain, many were spoilt before I could find time to photograph them.
Hopefully, these next few days will give me some free time to take some pictures and post them.
These pictures are of Den Roongkamol Vejvarut and though it is still a young plant, this is its 3rd rebloom in my care. The flowers are among the biggest in the Formosae type hybrids. The second picture shows another of the Formosae hybrid with more normal size flowers for comparison. I will post pictures of this dendrobe later.
Beautiful blooms. Love the color and form. Pics are great as usual.
I usually dont bother with Hybrids, but this one is really stunning, good job Yew!

Enjoy the view from here Yew. Both plants are graceful and lovely. AL
Glad your son was able to visit for Easter. Beautiful Dendrobium. Love the orange center to the blooms.

I have this one, and I was suprised at how long the flowers lasted. Both of your dendrobiums are beautiful!
Both hybrids to me are so outstanding when I was a student many many years ago Formosae hybrids was my favorite thanks for sharing this beauties.
Love the nigrohirsute type as the flowers last forever (almost..)! But not had much success with them.... What is your growing regime for these types? What medium do you use?
