Nice 'frills' on those leaves NTG. Looks more like an elkhorn than a birds nest at this stage. I have seen some varietal types of birds nest ferns which are a little bit frilly, eg "Cobra".

Yeah, I would not have thought that to be a birds nest fern...
Like Tim said, it looks more like an elkhorn (i.e Polypodium)...Will be interesting to see as it grows if it changes appearance.

I like the mount with the moss too. Looks almost bonsai. Great pic!
