    Thanks!
I fell in love with the Bulbo several years ago but was not very lucky. I hope this one will do better!

(personnaly i don't like the coconut fiber for mounting orchids. seems to be problematic after a couple years when mixed with sphag. but only my point of vue).
    Thanks!
Ans especially thank you for your input. I had a doubt about coconut fiber, too, but vendor I bought the plant from recommended do not remove the fiber. Now I really don't know what to do... remove coconut fiber and re-mount? I just want to do everything right this time.

MY opinion is that beccarii needs to stay wet as long at it grows in a warm area unless it will lost it leaves (they turn black, and people think it's because it rots...just like when they stay in a too cold area). in maleysia maybe coconut can stay wet, but not so easy for us.
even if mine didn't flower yet, i can say i grow them succesfully for some years, hudge one and small one and seedlings too, but it's up to you. (and i grow them with lot of sphagnum, i said LOT of sphagnum...)

    Thank you Ronan (correct?)
I guess, I can use coconut fiber in my conditions which are similar in many (or at least in some) ways to Malaysian.

Bill, my dear friend, you have no idea how happy I am to read your words!
For some reasons, I could not visit the forum as much as I would love to last six months or so, but now it seems to me the life is getting better!
