You don't often catch me posting phallies , but this is a bit diffrent- a primary between two interesting species. Dtps pulcherrima, and Phal violacea. Should do much better in terms of flower count, if I can grow it - quiye a big if ! I bought it at a show yesterday. Flower about an inch across.
The secon pic makes it look as though the flower is deformed , which is not the case - I put it in to show the lip shape and arrangement, only.
I really like that color! I wish you luck with it.
Gorgeous color, and I love the shape of it. I tend to think of Dtps as sturdier. & easier than other phals but maybe that's just my exp. so far. Anyway hope it thrives with you!

Very nice colored cultivar. I got one coerulea form of this hybrid, but it is actually more indigo/grey looking.
Very nice. This hybrid has been around a little while, hasn't it? Surprised don't see it more often.
Nice phal orchid cross. I like the color and the shape. Thanks Geoff!
cheers,
