This little beauty is one powerful plant. The frangrance from these little blooms - about 1" to 1.25" at widest point - perfume the whole kitchen. So cute, easy to grow! My kitchen and den are like a parfumerie right now, with this, the Burana Beauty, Phal bellina, and one other fragrant Catt in bloom. HEAVEN!!
Oh, and the second picture is another cat who wouldn't stay out of the way. No, she's not angry, she's a Scottish Fold, her ears are permanently folded down like that.

I love your CAT
Very nice Enc.
Just got to be patient with my 2 seedlings.
Diane-
Beautiful Scottish Fold. What is her name? (Oh, very nice plant too! )
Matt
Thanks! Her fancy name is Kattomer's Daffodil of Springtime - Sheesh! She answers to Daffy and "Your Majesty" (LOL) She's a rescue cat.Originally Posted by mde

I love those Encyclias--the cats don't bother it? Or did you just take it to the window for photographs? Looks like a helluva cat playpen there too!
The encyclia is lovely & so is Daffy, she's gorgeous! I bet she loves living among the orchids, makes her think she's a jungle cat...Thistle
Daffy doesn't bother the orchids, they are too tough for her taste. But she does love to peer out at the birds from between the leaves of the oncidiums/intergenics. As for the playpen - yep, she gets the best of everything. Its one of 2 she has, one downstairs, one upstairs. Has a condo on top....(not that I spoil her...)
