    I have more than 10 pots of these species love the red color on the petals most of them blooming at the same time. Thanks for looking.

    Secret to induce blooming:
    1. Adequate light about 50 to 70 %.

    2. Adequate fertilizer organic and organic, too much organic the leaves getting bigger adjust accordingly.

    3. Adequate water to spray depending on your location for myself at least twice a day, in the wild I always noticed the roots always relatively wet from the moisture of the atmosphere except during the hot season.

    I hope you got some points. In tropical country where the distinct of the season is not that clear like in my Malaysia these species almost blooming so frequent as you can see the spike may reach even 2 to 3 feet in optimal condition.

    Anyway I like to use coconut fibers as a medium for growing phalaenopsis and I will used basket as it will imitate the natural environment , make sure this technique required more water as transpiration occur very fast.

    I seldom used any fungicide but the most I used are insecticide to cover beetle, weevil and caterpillar. weevil is the most dangerous bug causing massive destruction to our orchids.

    The best drug to use is imidacloprid active ingredient well it's work for me.

    What a simply fantastic collection, Zainal. With all of them blooming at the same time , I could look at them all day and forget my meals. and WOW again!!!!!!
