yes, the plant is Schomburgkia undulata. The baby was really huge!

Oh I wish I'd seen this before... I was there on Saturday, about 10:30. We might have been able to meet.
I had my daughter with me and she took a few pics, but nothing like your outstanding photos. I have to download them yet on the computer that can handle photos.
It truly was a great show, and I hope to do it again next year.
