    Default 2013 Tamiami International Orchid Festival, January 26-27th.

    Is anyone going to be there?
    I am going to join a group. I hope they will get enough people to make this bus trip possible.

    I soooo envy you. I was there last year. What a wonderful show and what fantastic bargains. Almost had to leave our luggage behind to make room for all the orchids I bought.LOL I hope you have a wonderful time.

    Good luck with the bus trip. I plan to drop by, probably on Saturday. The huge Fort Lauderdale Orchid Show is on the weekend before Taimiami so I'll definitely get my fill of orchids this month. One nice thing about all these shows is that some of the growers are giving presentations at Orchid society meetings while they're down here. I'm going to three different orchid society meetings in the next two weeks so that I can hear some of the talks. Hope you make it down for Taimiami.

    Yes, it is true. You are lucky down there... more nurseries, more delicious shows. I don't complain for we are quite lucky here in Tampa Bay area, too. but still no comparison to Southern Florida.
