This is a very beautiful species of genus Dendrobium. These orchids grow in cool to warm temperatures with medium amount of light. They mostly enjoy growing in medium of fir bark; as keeping them moist and supplied with fertilizers is essential.

yes the color is variable on this species from pale to deep-shaded. I believe there is an alba form as well. It is a nice species!
Eric, I thought the culture on this one was to dry between watering. At least that is how I grow it and it blooms for me.
Lovely alba form.
Beautiful.
Yew, it isn't a alba form. This is pure white. I have one but still not flowers.
I took this picture, tow weeks ago, in South Thailand. Temperature around 35 °C or 95 °F and medium shadow.
Its good, but some of the orchids fail to bloom because of insufficient light. Phalaenopsis and Paphiopedilum orchids can grow well with an average light; but many other varieties need more light than that. Dendrobium, Cattleya, Oncidium and other ‘medium to high light’ orchids should be grown within additional grow lights.
Beautiful bloom and picture.
What tiny flowers and nice color, I would love to get my hands on this one.
