    Default a cattleya new growth?

    I'm not sure what this plant doing, is it perform a new growth?
    its grow sooo low comparing to others plant and its not perform from the base.
    the plant and new growth look reddish so i think its has too much light, so i lower the shelf into third level.

    any advise most welcome
