nice, wish I could grow Faucaria in Florida, they just turn to mush
What were you using as a media, Ed?
Lovely flowers nice collection are they under cactus family?
I love these, I have a few in my greenhouse and their flowers are fantastic, I don't know what variety mine are as I got them from people when they were on the brink of death without lables and they survived.
Joe
Cool blooms. I really like the look of the Mammillaria gracilis fragilis plant with its bloom.
cheers,
BD
Zain, the Mammillaria is a cactus. (Plant stands roughly 2.5-3cm tall. Flower was about 5-7mm at its widest spread.) The Faucaria is a succulent. (Plant is, again, roughly 3cm tall. Flower was approximately 2-2.5 cm across.)
I see exactly what you mean, Carol!
