    Default Paph Vietnamense

I picked up this one also at my local high end garden center.

It is a nice paph with a cool flower and variegated leaves.

    Paph Vietnamense.

I really think you got a Paph. delenatii there. Paph vietnamense has more color on the petals, and the staminode doesn't have the red blotches that we see here.

Just reporting what the tag says but yes, pretty white petals on it. I thought maybe the flash washed out the color but no. I am going to update the tag.

Paph delenatii is definitely worth growing. The leaves look great and the flowers even better.

I find it pleasing to the eye, both flower and foliage.

Like SeanHoutman I also think it is a Paph delenatii and very good specimen too.

Im thinking your tag is correct, but only half correct. Your second picture shows a bit of pink blush in the petals and you stated that you thought the flash may have washed out the first pic. I think this is Paph ho chi minh a hybrid of Paph vietnamense x Paph delenatii. Unless the petals are truly white id say its ho chi minh and not a straight delenatii.

I think there is a light pink blush to the petals. Apparently I purchased close to the end of the flowers life cycles so they are not in pristine condition at this time.

    Thanks!
