Default 95% done on new shade area

The only things that have to be done with this new area is put gravel on the ground and when the sun hits its summer position over my Mango tree I can decide which % shade cloth I will need to get, then the last thing to do is fill it!

Your growing area is amazing! I'm very new to orchids so not sure if this is a silly question ,but, can the orchids live through a heavy rain storm or do you have to bring them in if it rains too hard?

    Chanaskie,
First off never think that any question you might ask is silly because you will never learn unless you ask, we all started off asking the same kind of questions.

With 180 orchids outside I am very glad that when it rains hard, which it does here in South Florida this time of year, I don't have to bring them in, if I did that would never happen. I rarely bring them in unless it gets below 40 degrees and that does not happen very often, only once this past winter and then I still did not bring them all inside.

I currently have 18 orchids and when I see grow areas like this I have to ask, how much time do you spend watering and what in the world do you do when it comes time to repot?
    Thanks
