Default New to orchids and need help with 4 specific plants

    Hello there
I am completely new to orchids but when I get interested in something, I jump in with both feet I'm afraid :c)
I am most concerned about my Masd. Celtic Frost orchid which I got just over a week ago. The flowers have sort of wilted / closed up.... the leaves still look nice and green but I fear I'm doing something wrong... I have it in a humidity plastic pan lined with small rocks and water. The water is not touching the flower at all. It's in a 2" container right now. I keep it in my dining room on a shelf on the wall - it's near sliding glass doors that get a good 1/2 day of good sunlight - but the sun so far has not directly shone on the plants. My room fills with natural NH winter sunlight... It's chilly in my house too - usually about 61F.

I also have a Sharry Baby which seems to be doing fine. I have had it 2 weeks. I have it in a humidity pan not touching water as well.

    I just got 2 more today -
Momilani Rainbow "The Gypsy" - this I read likes to grow on wood and I wonder if anyone can tell me about this... the roots are raised up out of the wood chips and I think they may need to be tucked in a bit - the plant looks like it will fall out of the pot.

The last is the Twinkle one - it's looking great so far - some of the roots are growing out of the pot and I'm not sure when I should repot and concerned the roots will be harmed if they grow around the pot too much...

So any advice would be SO appreciated!!! I am reading and working on this and want to do it right. I'm going to go to the local Orchid Society meeting next week so that should help as well. Thanks!
