Help Decyphering this tag

My local grocery store is at it again. Picking on an orchid addict. A $20 fix.

The store has a new crop of orchids and many are real nice. Some in bloom pink Den Kingianum species, other orchids and this one. I am not sure how to read the tag.

The tag was broken off on the one I brought home (the second part of the name on the tag shots). So I went back to the store and got the first part (Unable to get the tag out in one piece. Snapped off). So we have to piece them together.

I haven't seen names expressed this way before. What is this tag telling me? Den speciosum? Sure smells good and fills my house.
Tag says: Den. [(speciosum-gracilicaule)-(Specio-kingianum)] "M"

This is simply the orchid's parents: So, (Dendrobium speciosum x dendrobium gracilicaule) are crossed with Dendrobium Specio-kingianum (Den. kingianum x Den. speciosum). The first cross is yet unnamed the second one Dendrobium Specio-kingianum is the named cross of Dend. kingianum crossed with Dend. speciosum). The "M" is the clonal name given to this cross.
