30. Sterilize the bamboo sticks. ( Chinese Noodle eating sticks). Place the stick gently all the way to base.
31. Get the flask which is left open overnight.
32. Wrap the bottle with the three to four layers of newspaper. As shown in the pic.
33. Take the hammer and gently hit the base of the flask. You can hear the flask cracking sound.
This way the small glass peace’s will not spread around.
34. Open the newspaper and you will notice the flask fully broken.
Caution: very careful while removing the broken glass peace’s. They are very sharp.
35. Separated the broken glass from baby plants.
36. Wash all the plants gently with fresh normal tap water. Gently remove the Jelly type of liquid.
37. Noticed two layers in the flask.
White jelly and black thick paste type of layer. This two layers from LAB.
We dispose this two layers.
38. During the separating process gently remove the rotten leaves or roots.
Few came with green roots without leaves.
42. Add the Decorative Stones on top of the bark media.
43. First pot is ready. Plant the same way for rest of pots.
44. First time plant is taking external water, so DON'T OVER WATER.
DON'T add any orchid fertilizer at the moment. They are sensitive roots and need some time to settle down.
45. Gently sprayed on all the twenty pots.
46. Close up picture of pot.
47. All twenty ports are ready.
Thought of taking empty pot and flip on top of this plant to create greenhouse effect.
No extra pots leftover …
48. Shifted all twenty pots under shadow area (Full day shadow ) and left it for 1 wk.
After one week , shifted near to the grill area. ( bright ,No direct sunlight but windy)
49. Left over small green roots placed on money plant (Scindapsus aureau or Phaphidophora aureu ). More than two weeks they are still green.
Day 20 noticed , fungus on bamboo sticks, so I removed all the bamboo sticks.
So for 30 days ....
Regularly monitoring the plants all are healthy and green.
Orchid Guru’s please review this and advise any changes/modifications/care need to be taken.
