Hi Tami,
Good questions! Doc Spock and I text message on holidays, but we're both heads down with work, so I haven't had the chance - or the thought - to ask about the seedlings. Let me check with him (since he sent the seeds to the flasking lab) and I promise to post an update soon!

Good news!
What a neat story. I wish I could have watched it all unfold.
LOL, you are, Myco! It's a long tale!

I've been waiting for the seedling to do their first public appearance but nothing yet. Are they stage shy ???? LOL
Roly, the seedlings are at the flasking facility still. They do not have time to take pictures for all their clients, usually. I am sure that once they are released pictures will be provided. If I remember correctly it can be up to 3-4 YEARS for some seedlings before they are big enough to deflask!!! I am guessing 1-2 years for a BLC would be about right.
I think 2 yrs is about right. They'd be replated once or twice during that time, but the lab wouldn't make any fuss and tell you - they'd just do it.

This is un unbelievably interestingly long thread & I have enjoyed reading it for the first time! I look forward to keep on 'being in the know' about this wonderful project!!
Thank you all
