    What Color? The blooms look great in salads and taste good too.

    Eat them ! no way !to pretty to eat . Would go on a okra diet first I will watch the bud like a hawk Gin

    Haven't you ever seen real candied violets? They used to take the blooms and dip them in a sugar/water goop that solidified into a clear coating, keeping the bloom looking fresh...
