    Default Meet Igor

Igor is a gartersnake. He crawled into the school where I was working at the time and got caught. Kept him for a couple years then gave him to my sis to use in her classroom [she teaches elementary].

Neat! Our captured garters never lasted so long. We either had to let them go, or kept together, one or 2 would disappear - leaving my Mom in unrest.... LOL

    *HI Igor!*

Slithering through the eye socket of the skull makes Igor even more scary!!!! I am with Cin. Keep your distance Igor and things will be fine for both of us. I can see the beauty of him though, but it is because he is a photo on the internet and not in the same room.

    * Igor! Enjoy your skull house.*

    Cheers!

I'm with BD...the skull adds a macabre menance to an otherwise harmless critter... Well, harmless to everyone except Diane...

Ah but it is a 'safe' macabre menace, Julie! Kinda like going to a horror or cliffhanger movie -- it's that "safe" scare.

Always wanted a desert themed terr but but desert snakes are just about all poisonous, TTBOMK, and desert herps in general often require a lot of heat to remain healthy. Igor was inexpensive [heh ... free actually], he's nonpoisonous, and can be kept quite happy in our normal/average temps.

Igor used to like to hide away in the skull's cranium. Don't know if he's gotten too big to fit in there now .... I'll have to ask my sis.
