    Default cattleya virus?

    Dear orchidlovers,

    I ordered a cheap cattleya hibrid and its flower is quite worrying because the pigment spots. Do you think that this is a virus?

    I doubt it's a virus. More likely just something that happened to affect the bud before or during opening - change in temperature or humidity, maybe.
