    Post Papagayo first bloom

I have wanted this orchid for ages...I have only had this since November… Was in a 2 inch pot when I got it.It was so small that I thought it would be years before it was big enough to bloom.Name: A1766BF4-C27F-4A38-85BB-C1931BDFCCE9.jpeg

Well done. We have this one Phal that tends to make keikis. When potted up they bloom within the year. It’s crazy.

First blooms can be emotional, sometimes it feels like I am taking care of my kids again, at least my orchids do not talk back to me! When they finally bloom after time spent caring for them it makes my day, well worth it, just like my kids! Well done Tina, makes you feel good doesn't it?
