Red splotches on new Cattleya growth

C Motte Spot 'Paradise' x hilo grand 'Yuki'
I got this as a very tiny Seedling(Bare root)Last August.
It has been in a small enclosed tent under lights… Has been growing like crazy!
It only had two leaves left after the mouse got through with it.The rest of the leaves that you see have grown since last September… The latest growth grew really fast but when the leaf unfolded it had these weird wine splotches.I have scoured the Internet but cannot find anything that looks like it. Is it a virus? A fungus? The rest of the plant doesn’t seem to be distressed, new roots going everywhere.It is sitting in the same spot under the same lights it’s always been under. Would appreciate any info anyone can give me… should I just Send it to the compost heap?Lighting is natural daylight from the window, several CFL bulbs,And a fluorescent plant light. Lights are on for 12 hours a day, temperatures are around 75° during the day and a little less than that at night. Humidity is around 70to 80%
There is a small Computer fan for air Circulation. This is the only Orchid affected.… Thanks!

Tina this is not good better remove it as soon as possible before it's attack the main pseudobulb, could be bacteria or fungal origin base on your description and cover the raw area with cinnamon powder put him in airy area as stagnant climate at this moment is not suitable.

Thanks so much for the info! Will remove leaf a soon as I can,And move the whole plant away from the other orchids...Will post later on the outcome…

Is the bottom of the leaf where it attaches to the pseudobulb?

If so, I'd guess some liquid was standing in that "pocket", became colonized, and started to be damaged. If that is not spreading - and I'd keep a close eye on it for a few weeks - the damage may be done and it may not be worth "doctoring".

Yes Ray,The whole leaf is covered… Thing is, it opened this way… Only opened About three days ago.Seemed to be fine until it unfolded… I will remove the leaves and put the orchid in another room away from the rest of my orchids, will see how it does… Thanks for the help!

Sorry to keep bugging you… But after looking at whatever it is on this orchid…Just wanted to know should I cut off the whole Pseudobulb?… Peeled off a little of the Papery Sheath, and has turned wine colored for a little way down the Pseudobulb... One more question… Should I mix the cinnamon with a little Elmers glue?
