    My best friend and I have had front-desk bells in our homes for the last fifteen years. It's the "idiot bell" and you ring the bell when someone says something either profoundly idiotic or scarily brilliant. It never fails to get a laugh. It has permenently worked its way into our lexicon; we even keep a bell in the car! I think its hilarious
