Now considered aspasium (oncidium x aspasia), its supposed to prefer medium to low light and cool to intermediate temperatures, so unless you can find something wrong with its growth, it's probably simply being a patience tester.

Why has it refused to bloom 3 years straight? Too little light? I grow it up against a south window with my oncidiums, bealaras, and odontoglossum intergenetics. They all flower. Is it that temps are too high....again the cool-growing intergenetics all flower reliably. Not pot bound enough??? About to re-home it. Any thoughts.

Looks perfectly healthy by the way.

Lovely! It is in a room, and has been for a time, that gets much cooler at night then where I previously grew it. Hope that helps. I may also try a violent repotting like the one that worked for my encyclia. Thanks Ray.
