    Such a simple name for this elegant flower. The plant looks a bit neglected, but always blooms every four or five months.

    Thank E1. I've been putting in a lot of overtime. The thrips went crazy on everyone the last couple years. Last summer was a nightmare. Spikes would abort, flowers were all messed up...the neighbors could hear me even from inside the greenhouse cursing my face off. I swore death to bugs and began ordering stuff with Spinosad...then I found Beneficial Nematodes. It's been an all out battle. But I can finally see progress with my new spikes. So far so good.
