A plant from a garden centre in UK - I know they send a van over to the Westland ( Province of the Netherlands) to fill with orchids, from one of the industrial units there which mass-produces plants. No criticism of this - I admire their fantastic standard of cultivation, produce perfect plants in record time - mostly entirely automated, so that they can sell ( if you buy a big van-load, as cash and carry, at 3 or 4 each. £ or US$, - very similar numbers for these prices, Euros too,) and this means the garden centre after paying costs of taking a van across the channel, driver away for a couple of nights (?) perhaps, and all their overheads plus profit, can sell them for say 12 or at most 15 each.
I think this one is potentially very fine. It started off with 10 buds a few weeks/months ago, but I saw snail slime on it, and had to cut some off.
Looks even darker to the human eye ( mine) in daylight.
Of course they never put a name on these plants - to avoid competitors copying the cross.
Interesting bloom
Yes interesting indeed!
Nice intense colors.

Love the dark red!
The color is awesome.
It is very cute! I would love to know if it is fragrant?
I do not have very much sense of smell, but in general oncidiums are not great for this, and the more steps there are in hybridisation, the less scent is produced.
An exceptionally beautiful flower. I have not seen this combination of the very dark red flower and the yellow lip yet. Mostly there are whitish lips or completely dark flowers. Especially interesting are the small white triangles at the tips of the petals.
