I am new to the site but have been growing orchids for a few years, mostly purchased at the big box hardware stores. I recently purchased a few on-line with no problems. My most recent purchase was a Dendrobium Blue Twinkle. It was packed with a warm pack. Upon arrival
it was very cool to the touch and the leaves were limp and slightly discolored. The pseudobulbs were also very slightly soft & discolored except for the "mother". I immediately repotted in a mixture of bark, coconut pieces and some moss. It has continued to be discolored (a bit more yellow). Any advice on what to do to save the orchid would be very appreciated: amount of light, water, fertilizer, media, etc. Learned my lesson not to order orchids on-line in the winter. FYI, I live in southeast VA.

Limp suggests freeze damage to me, and if that color is true, that’s likely it. I suspect you’ll lose a lot of-, if not the entire plant. Not much you can do but wait and see.
