Hello!
I bought this orchid a while back and I believe it’s coming near the end of its bloom because one flower has already started to wilt. There’s this tiny bulb at the end of the branch that’s been there since I bought it or for at least a while. (I haven’t noticed it until recently) it hasn’t grown or shown any signs of it. But I was wondering if I should cut the spike off after the flowers fall or not because, I don’t want to cut the spike off if the bulb would sprout eventually and be another branch and flower again. Thanks!

If the flowers have fallen off, cut the bloom spike back below the second notch from the base of the plant. If it is going to branch and bloom again it will do so from there. If the bloom spike turns brown, you can cut it off about an inch above the plant. Just do not cut into the plant. You did not say, but I am assuming you have a phal orchid?
cheers,
BD
