Thanks for the photos so far! It's so interesting to see all the collections together. It gets me excited to expand mine. haha Right now it's full of NOID 'test' plants. I'm trying to fill it in as my confidence grows. Keep the photos coming, folks!

Ok, I think its about time I show pics of my roof top growing area.
And heres something a little different, the Tilly tree
Very nice! Must be great to go up there in the evenings and enjoy the plants and the air..
Very nice, looks like a city jungle. I used to live in Guangzhou where is not far from HK. Oh man, it was so hot and humid in the summer, rooftop is the place I would not want to go. But with orchids, it must be cool and nice.

Great set up Tanya, I love your Tilly tree.

I see a happy looking Nepenthes, too =)
Nice, Tanya! I like the mounted orchids, especially on the branch in the first picture. This thread really gives you ideas!
Here is our diminutive growing area. The baskets on the rail behind the dends (and two teeny oncs) are catts. Please note the imaginative use of the wine rack to hold the clay pots, heeheehee! Ok, it was on sale and I already have a wine rack. But it works!
The rooftop is a very nice place to enjoy a cool iced tea in the later part of the afternoon. We live outside the city near a mountain, tallest buildings are only 3 storeys high so its breezy, very windy sometimes.Originally Posted by jtlqh
I took a pic this afternoon right after the sun broke out after a shower. It shows one corner of my living room where I have some of my orchids. Others are arranged in the other sunny corners of the same room.
This east window table is where I eat my breakfast and drink my tea every morning while I commune with the 'chids (and the hummingbirds just outside the window at the feeder).
