Ok, here is my contribution:
Phalaenopsis parishii:
According to Floras's Orchids this miniature Phal looses its leaves in nature during the dry winters where it is endemic, and rarely in cultivation. If you keep humid in the winter months, it probably won't loose any leaves.
There are vendors that sell it as P. lobbii, and then others separate the two. So I would call them both deciduous.
